The back screened porch, where sitting areas and a ping pong table invite hours of enjoyment, is accessible from each of the bedrooms. 


The airy, light-filled upper level provides sun-dappled wooded views in every direction, making you feel like you’re in your own oversized treehouse. With vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan, the large living space is anchored by a decorative fireplace and provides lots of cozy seating and a generous selection of games and books. The roomy, window-sided corner dining area seats eight with space for more at the nearby breakfast bar. Savor a meal here or outside in the serene hexagonal-screened dining porch overlooking the golf course’s fourth tee. Work on your tan on the sun deck that flanks the porch on one side or cook your morning catch on the gas grill on the deck on the other.
After your trip to the beach, enjoy the private, outdoor shower around the corner of the garage to rinse off sandy toes!



Back inside, the attractive, well-stocked chef’s kitchen features handsome maple cabinets, sleek black granite counters, and stainless appliances, including a standalone wine refrigerator. Down a stepped hall, a sunny Queen suite with its own ensuite delights with a private balcony, just the spot to start each day with a cup of coffee. 

Conveniently located, just minutes to the beach, marina, shops and restaurants, with two golf carts for use (a 6- and 4-passenger) and WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends, a stay at Shorebird will make your beach vacation a soaring success!

There is a one pet policy at this home and pets cannot be more than 50 pounds. If bringing along a furry companion, the fee is $300.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON CLUBS: Both clubs are independent from WWP or any WWP properties. As such, all arrangements for temporary memberships must be handled by renters directly with the Clubs. Tenants are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately upon booking, and also to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules. WWP representatives will not be able to answer most club-related questions.
