Decorated with tasteful beach details and offering a convenient back alley for access to your garage and your two 4-seater carts and providing access to WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends, Reel Life could make your BHI stays "Reely" fine! An additional $300 nonrefundable pet fee is required if bringing along a dog. This home only has membership to the Shoal's Club, there is no membership to the BHI Club.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON CLUBS: Both clubs are independent fr om WWP or any WWP properties. As such, all arrangements for temporary memberships must be handled by renters directly with the Clubs. Renters are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately upon booking, and also to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules. WWP representatives will not be able to answer most club-related questions.
Remember, with Wendy Wilmot Properties there are no surprise "add-on" expenses.  Plus, our homes' rental charges include cleaning fees, damage insurance and our Property Manager Assistance Line, available 24/7...something you'll appreciate if your air conditioning goes out on the weekend or you get a golf cart flat after 5 PM.
