Perfect for first time renters, residents downsizing and trying to simplifying their life and budget, college undergraduates, graduate students and traveling nurses. Our community offers 2 laundry facilities, fitness center, dog park, greenspace, and a salt water year-around pool. Parking is free and some furnishings are provided. Most residents need to bring a chair, mattress, small wardrobe, and kitchen supplies and can settle in quickly. Utilities are covered with a flat utility monthly utility fee. Pets are welcome with some restricted breeds and pet screening. 6 and 12 month leases available. We have a simple and quick application process and can sometimes move in residents the next day depending on receipt of the outside verifications required.
