The home's rich, dark walnut floors are the first thing you notice upon entering Belvedere and they hint of all the magnificent touches this gem has in store for you. The first level of this reverse floor-plan opens into a gathering/entertainment area. There's plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen. Off this hub are three bedrooms-each spotlighting ocean views.
