Debbie and her husband, Kirby, came to Bald Head Island and, like so many property owners, purchased on the first day. Along with their children, Hannah and Tyler, they knew they had found a special place that would bring the family together for years to come. Later they traded their original golf course homesite for a home in The Hammocks, which they sold in 2003 to participate in the construction of their current home on the 4th hole.

Debbie knew they were making sound property purchases because real estate had been her profession in the Raleigh area since 1985. Working with Prudential Carolinas Realty gave her a tremendous background in general brokerage and new home sales and she received many awards for her achievements over the years. In 2011, Debbie and Kirby became full-time residents and their son was married on BHI later the same year.

These experiences, along with the familiarity of the many possible choices in BHI lifestyles, have been an invaluable resource for WWP and its clients.
