The variety of outdoor sitting and dining areas allow for following the sun or shade throughout the day, and for enjoying spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset over the ocean.
Walk inside and behold the breathtaking views through the myriad of windows! The open floor plan allows ocean views from every living area of the main floor. The home's spacious, light-filled living room offers a vaulted ceiling, multiple sliding doors to access the waterfront deck, and is anchored by a huge masonry fireplace. There is also a cozy sunroom that provides a sitting area with a game table and a flat-screen TV. The dining area is open to the sunroom, main living room, and kitchen, and houses a table that comfortably seats ten. Three barstools are just beyond it at the kitchen breakfast bar. The open kitchen is family-friendly, features a separate wet bar, and has a view of both the dining and living areas.

Rentals of Pussers Run include the use of two four-seater golf carts, internet access, a gas grill, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys. Under the house, beach-front, is a convenient, large and newly-upgraded, enclosed outdoor shower and changing area.. Bikes and additional golf carts are available for rent through on island vendors.
