As the ‘island’s environmental advocate’, the Bald Head Island Conservancy undertakes a range of activities and research each year to ensure the safety of these precious resources and to raise awareness of the natural oasis that exists on Bald Head Island. Through its efforts, the efforts of island volunteers, and the generous donors amidst the island, every Bald Head Island resident and visitor has the opportunity to explore and appreciate the remarkable environments within which they live.
